We’re excited to share a major milestone in our journey: as of December 31, 2024, i9 Intelligence has officially joined forces with i9 Technologies! This partnership brings expanded resources, enhanced capabilities, and a renewed focus on innovation to better support compliance needs for all our customers.

• Improved Features Coming in 2025: Enhanced product development efforts will bring powerful new tools to support compliance goals.
• Seamless Integration: Our newly launched API service enables connectivity with major HRIS platforms, and our development team is actively expanding integration capabilities.

Important Contract Information

As part of this transition, service agreements previously held with Lookout Services, Inc. (d/b/a i9 Intelligence) have been assigned to i9 Technologies, LLC. All terms and conditions of existing agreements remain unchanged. Beginning February 1, 2025, updated payment details will take effect, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

Customers will receive detailed payment update instructions later this month. For now, operations continue as usual without any interruptions.
