Important Contract Information
As part of this transition, service agreements previously held with Lookout Services, Inc. (d/b/a i9 Intelligence) have been assigned to i9 Technologies, LLC. All terms and conditions of existing agreements remain unchanged. Beginning February 1, 2025, updated payment details will take effect, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
Customers will receive detailed payment update instructions later this month. For now, operations continue as usual without any interruptions.
