Full-Time Administrative Coordinator

A Lookout Services Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for representing, to the utmost in professionalism, the duties and expectations described below:

  • Support Executives
  • Answer, Direct, and Make Calls
  • Review Emails and Maintain Calendars
  • Liaison with Office Service Vendors and Purchase Supplies
  • Administer and Train Users and Emails for Office Systems
  • Onboard New Employees
  • Plan, Schedule and Coordinate Community and Social Events

Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED
Available to work up to 40 hours per week within the operating hours of Mon – Fri, 7a – 7p

Experience Preferred: 6mos+ of administrative support experience

Description of Duties

  • Meet monthly and yearly revenue quota objectives.
  • Create new long-term business relationships through consistent prospecting behaviors and documented accountability to those behaviors.
  • Perform company consultative sales meetings and presentations as necessary to qualified C-Level executives including small business owners (restaurants, construction, landscaping), human resources managers, and compliance positions.
  • Work cooperatively in team environment.
  • Maintain opportunities, contacts, and manage your time in an activity tracking system with minimal supervision.

Experience Required
